Synchronised Movement is based in Forestville, Sydney and offers group classes for Pilates and Yoga, and Pilates Studio Sessions

Sheri has an outstanding knowledge of how the body works and moves. I have been doing Pilates studio sessions for a few years now and find the sessions to be varied and challenging. Pilates is a great way to build strength, mobility and balance.

I have also started attending Sheri’s group Yoga classes. Having never done Yoga before, I find Sheri’s instructions easy to follow and her teaching very motivating and inspiring.
